When you use the "Find all" function you can search the entire file using regex. When you use the "Delete fields" tool, you are searching for the field indicated in the text box only.
If you're not concerned about mixing two controlled vocabularies (LCSH and LCSH Children's) you might consider using the "Edit indicators" tool to make the indicators match. Then you can de-dupe using the "Add/Delete field" tool (the check box labeled, "Remove duplicate data").
As a cataloger I'm not necessarily endorsing the wisdom of this approach, you may end up with Children's subject headings that are coded as LCSH, or vice versa, but it should be doable in the MARC editor.

Hmm ... I thought regex searches the entire file, including tags, indicators, etc., i.e., all text.

But in cases where there were no 650_0's, that would leave me without any 650's at all :(
