So I realized that Windows had associated my .out files with MarcEdit.
I know not to do that.  I've had that problem before on many different
Windows machines.  I broke the Windows file association, but now
MarcEdit file association does not work.  I have removed and reset the
file association in MarcEdit several times and rebooted several times,
but it is not working.  I guess I will try a new install of MarcEdit to
see if that fixes it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
