Actually, they don't charge you per-search like they used to.
Their Z39.50 cataloging service, which includes the ability to search
WorldCat via Z39.50 using your cataloging authorization and password,
is now included is the annual cataloging subscription fees that you
already pay:
http://www.oclc.org/us/en/services/cataloging/accountrement.htm
... assuming you have a full cataloging subscription and not CatExpress.
