So you do a search -- and then do another and its not appending. Or, you do a search, close the tool, then do a search and the file is getting overwritten?
If it's the latter, that's the expected behavior. Append when asked if per session. If you have a file you want to always append to, you can set a default download file and behavior (append) and that will be a global setting.

The past few days I've been having problems saving my downloaded records. For the first one, I will name a file, and it will save. The second one I download, I hit append, but it saves over the first record, and only the second record is in the file. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong?
