I am just about done beating my head against the wall and so I thought I
should ask this brilliant group of catalogers (or whatever you prefer to
be called) how to transfer diacritics between different applications.
My first thought was make everything in Ariel Unicode MS but once things
move through processes, like the Tab Delimited Translator I lose my
accent marks. Basically I am going from MS or OO spreadsheets using
Ariel Unicode MS to a tab delimited file (.txt) and then through the Tab
Delimited translator. I have a few other processes I am going through
but maybe I can transpose advice in this MarcEdit format to my other
projects.

Thanks in advance!!!!!!!
