Greetings All,
We are in the process of setting up Assigned Tasks for the first time and are having trouble with our Currently Available Tasks under Assigned Tasks options becoming grayed out. Anytime someone logs in or changes Marc files the Currently Available Tasks disappear. Sometimes this is remedied by going to Tools > Manage Tasks and then clicking on OK without making any changes. We'd like very much to use this function but are finding the going back and forth frustrating. Is this typical or have we done something wrong during set up?
Other information: We have tried this on various computers and logins. We are also networked and have a central network folder set up in the preferences.
