I have broken the MarcEdit file associations again, and I can't fix
them. I let windows make the file association, so .mrc files no longer
open marcbreaker. This has happened before, so I thought I knew what to
do, but it is not working. I broke the file association in Windows by
creating a dummy.exe file, and associating mrc with that. This
successfully broke the windows file association, but now MarcEdit's file
associations are still broken. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling
MarcEdit, but it does not reestablish them. When I run MarcEdit the
check boxes for the mrc and mrk file associations are grey and
unchecked. When I run as administrator, they are checked. I tried
unchecking them, saving, checking them again and saving, but that didn't
do anything.

How do I fix this?
