Interesting. Out of curiosity, I went back into preferences and instead
of browsing to the macros directory manually, I clicked the "reset
default" button.

Now I have my tasks available in the Editor again. (even though the path
in the dialog box didn't change when I reset the default instead of
browsing to it.)

But something is amiss with setting this preference!

Thanks, Terry!

Subject: No tasks available in MarcEdit (6.0.5340.35809)

I just updated to 6.0.5340.35809.

While my tasks files are still fine in the macros directory, I cannot
access or use them in the MarcEditor.

I go to Tools > Assigned Tasks, and there is nothing listed under
Currently Available Tasks.

If I do Manage Tasks, there is nothing listed there either.

I have checked my Preferences and the Task Folder is correctly set to
the macros directory containing all my task txt files.

Anyone else experiencing this?

thanks,
