I'm not *completely* sure of this as I've messed with MarcEdit's stylesheets a bunch, but I *think* there actually is MARC->EAD distributed with MarcEdit. In my MarcEdit 5.1.3106.29777 program folder, inside the "xslt" directory, there's a file called MARC21slim2EAD.xsl. You have to do something in MarcEdit proper to get this transformation to show up in the list of XML Conversions in the MARC Tools window - Tools -> Edit XML Function List (or something like that).
Hope this actually helps and it's not that I found this stylesheet elsewhere and just forgot I'd done that! :-)
