Sorry for the late reply -- I've been vacationing with my wife in Hawaii for the past 2 weeks. Anyway -- the extra lines can be ignored. There are I believe one or two functions that will generate an extra line occasionally. When I find the functions, I remove the extra line from being created -- but it hasn't been a higher priority because MarcEdit ignores them when it recompiles records.

Why is created, -it seems, "automatically"- blanks or line breaks between records?

and I don't want damage the file :(

By the way, I thank them for their work. I appreciate that. :I)
