This is my fault. I updated the split function to add a new parameter and apparently didn't make sure all the function stubs matched all the potential variations of the calls in the program. I should have written a unit test for the new and old functionality when I changed it but didn't. I've fixed it now and will post the fix tonight.
Sorry,

Subject: [MARCEDIT-L] MarcEdit split error
I'm trying to split a large file (22,519 bib records) into smaller files of 5000 records.
I've done this numerous times in the past, but this time I'm getting an error message when I try to use the MARCSplit utility:
Message:Method not found:
'Int32 mengine60.mengine60.Split_MARCFile....' (full message attached)
I've run the MARC record validator and come up with no errors.
I've also checked to see if my MarcEdit application was up to date, and it is.
Any thoughts about what might be happening to prevent the MARCSplit utility form working?
Thanks,
Barbara
