Hi Jennifer,
If you exported from Connexion to a file, you might want to check your Connexion settings under “Tools >> Options >> International”
What you describe happens if export is set to “Include other scripts only” or “Include Latin scripts only”
Hope this helps,
Tim

Subject: Missing 500 and 583 in MarcEdit file
Hi,
I am working on a bibliographic file in MarcEditor which has fields with language characters which are right-justified. The 500 and 583 fields (separate records) containing the characters are missing in the MarcEditor view. The records have retained the 066 and 880's.
The missing fields (500 and 583) are present in OCLC Connexion.
I have also checked my settings in MarcEditor. I see no reason for the fields to be omitted from the records.
Could it be that the right-justify is "seen" as an empty field and deleted by MarcEditor?
Thanks for any assistance!
