Dear Mei,

I did something similar for loading OCLC numbers to our old system. I
would get a tab delimited file from OCLC with 2 columns, but I think a
spreadsheet is very similar. The instructions (based on an earlier version
of MARCedit I am afraid) were:

Use MarcEdit to convert the tab delimited text file to a .mrc file.
Add-ins, Delimited text translator; input file is X.txt, output file
X.mrk. Choose delimiter (Tab, but check the file from OCLC first to be
sure); Select field 0 map to 001 (no indicators), click Apply; Select
field 1, map to 941$a (indicators \\), click Apply; click Finish; should
say Processing file. Check it when it is done, then make it into MARC
.mrc.

Field 0 and field 1 stand for the columns in the file. MARCedit will
create little stub MARC records and supply the LDR, etc.
