The Women's Studies Graduate Student Association would like to invite you to our second biennial symposium-- Interventions: Women's Studies in Action-- taking place from Friday-Saturday, October 23 - 24, 2015 at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Friday evening, at 7:00 pm in the Hoff Theater, there is a special performance by Renaissance in the Belly of a Killer Whale<http://www.harlemkwproject.com/>, followed by a reception. The events on Saturday will feature a keynote address from Associate Professor Nancy Raquel Mirabal<http://amst.umd.edu/people/faculty/nancy-raquel-mirabal/> as well as panel presentations, roundtables and a plenary session.
