Hi all,
Amelia Wong, the professor for Museums & Technology at GWU's Museum Studies program, was contacted by her former colleagues at the Holocaust Museum looking for someone to help them part-time on an Omeka site, and asked me to pass this onto the GMU history listserv:
"My colleague Leah Wolfson and I are starting a very preliminary pilot Omeka-based project, that will serve as a basis for a workshop next summer. We are learning Omeka, but it would be useful if we could find somebody that we could hire on a part-time basis, who could help us with designing a theme/header/CSS for the site and/or implementing those designs in Omeka."
I'm not sure how many hours this would be, or exactly when (perhaps a winter break project for someone?), but if anyone is interested, he/she should contact Emil Kerenji at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
David
