Some of his hits include 'Come on Get Higher' and 'All We Are.' International Week Opening Ceremony

International Week is a weeklong celebration of the many cultures and identities we have here at Mason. Pride Week Drag Show

The PRIDE Week Drag Show is held at the end of Mason's PRIDE Week. PRIDE Week takes place every April, and is Mason's way of celebrating an anniversary of the active movement toward human rights for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community, which began in 1969 and the early 1970s. The drag show is an anticipated event - co-sponsored by the Office of LGBTQ Resources, Patriot Activities Council, and many others - and features not only Mason student entertainers, but drag queens and kings from the D.C. area.

2. APPLY NOW FOR PROV 701: PREPARING FOR CAREERS IN THE ACADEMY (Deadline Monday, March 31)
The Office of the Provost and the CTFE are now accepting applications for our PROV 701 program, Preparing for Careers in the Academy. This program is geared towards advanced PhD and MFA students who are interested in joining the academic ranks after graduation. Participants will learn best practices in teaching and learning and enhance their understanding of the academic job search process. The deadline for applications is Monday, March 31.

Looking for a way to make progress on your dissertation, thesis, or paper? Graduate Student Life's Write-In Day will give you group accountability and a space to write with other Mason graduate students who are also serious about getting writing done. Graduate Student Life will provide the space, coffee, meals, and snacks. You need to bring your computer, any other materials you need, and most importantly, your personal commitment to working diligently and productively.
