As a fellow at the CHR, Greenberg is working on a book-length project on the photography of the political figure Kamil al-Chadirji in colonial era Iraq. This book is tentatively titled “Salvaged Archives: The Social Photography of Kamil al-Chadirji and the Image of Revolt in Iraq (1920-1958).
