In the interest of public health, UDTS will be suspending all in-person meetings through Friday, April 3. We will reassess the situation at that time.

We care about our students, and we want to make sure you graduate on time . . . and in good health.

The Format Review deadline (5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24) and the Final Submission deadline (5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1) have not changed. Both deadlines are still in effect.

We will continue to be available through email, and Format Reviews<http://library.gmu.edu/udts/process#step2> will continue as usual.

If you need technical assistance with the Word template<http://library.gmu.edu/udts/resources#templates>, we can meet with you remotely (via Skype or otherwise). Please email us, and we will make the appropriate arrangements.

If you need or want to turn in your Final Submission<http://library.gmu.edu/udts/process#step5> materials on or by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, please let us know, and we will assist you. Again: we will reassess the situation after 4/3.



The Final Submission deadline for the regular Spring 2020 Semester is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1.

The Format Review deadline for the regular Spring 2020 Semester is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24. In order to be eligible to graduate in the Spring 2020 Semester, you have to receive an email from our office on or by that date/time stating that your formatting is correct, and your Format Review is over. Current estimated response times for Format Reviews are as follows:
