OBJECTIVES:  The award is presented every year for the best paper presented at the annual meeting by a graduate student or junior faculty member. The paper should be no longer than fifteen pages of text and must be in the same form as will be delivered at the annual meeting. 

ELIGIBILITY
 Eligible applicants are graduate students and junior faculty members (anyone who received his or her Ph.D. within three years of the time of presentation).
