That goes to all of you too!  :-)

As people probably know, we gladly give out copies of the internal  
code, and our only reason for asking that people not distribute the  
internal code is that we don't want confusion as to which one is the  
official version.  We'll have an official version, with a few minor  
additional tweaks, out very soon.   In the meantime, you're all  
welcome to the internal prerelease code as accidentally distributed.
