Dear all:

Reminder…these white paper proposals are due by Friday, August 16, 2024.

Some people asked if these white papers need to be routed through OSP. Given that they do not require a detailed budget or other institutional commitments at this stage, they will not need to be run through OSP. However, we recommend working with your department to get the most accurate estimate for the white paper submission.

Others have asked if US citizenship is required. "The ARC is supported by Department of Defense funding. The funding agency has requested university research personnel involved in ARC projects to hold US Citizenship to the maximum extent possible. Specific sponsor approval may be required for non-US Citizens to be involved in a project."

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you,

Mike
