Dear BIS Students:
The following is a message from one of our BIS instructors...
Dear Colleagues,
Please find attached details for a one day conference being organized by
the Globalization and Society in India working group. The conference
titled, "Charting an alternative imaginary: Re-thinking "progress" for a
globalizing India" is scheduled for Thursday, April 12th. The conference
includes breakfast, lunch, a movie, two panels, and a keynote address by
Mr. Chidanand Rajghatta, Foreign Editor, The Times of India.
Students are encouraged to attend. The conference (and meals) are free
if audience members pre-register.
Thank you for your support of the GSI working group and we look forward
to seeing a few familiar faces.
