The course provides an overview of the field of learning technologies,
including its history, theoretical foundations, design processes, and
technologies. Illustrates how learning technologies can be applied in a
variety of teaching and training contexts including e-learning, educational
software, instructional design, corporate training, and curriculum
development.  

The class meets online throughout the semester with in-class meetings on Mon
7:20-10pm on 8/25, 9/8, 9/22, 9/29, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/24, and
12/8.
