We are inviting all students, faculty, and alumni to the spring 2009
Student Research Day event sponsored by the Dept. of Bioinformatics and
Computational Biology.
This event features presentations of MS and PhD student research in
posters and in oral format. Biochemistry and MMB students are
participating, as well as BCB students.
Some of the research topics are:
Recombination Events Among Human Adenovirus Species
Triggering and detection of cytosolic protein acetylation in HEK293 cells
Genomic Profiling of Blood for Stroke Diagnosis
Lead's Effect on Purine Metabolism in the Nematode /Caenorhabditis elegans/

This event will be Tuesday, May 5th, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, in the
Verizon auditorium on the Prince William campus.
We ask that all departments forward this invitation to their students
