Hi Graduate & Professional Students,
>
> I hope you're all doing well. You all should have received an email in regards to the Graduate and Professional Student Associations (GAPSA) Elections starting today. Some of you might have run into a glitch with the system and we would like to apologize for that inconvenience. After spending some time on the phone with a representative from the company that manages the system we should be back in order. Below explains how students from each campus will be walked through the voting process.
>
> Fairfax & Prince William Campus Students:
> Go To gapsa.gmu.edu and Click "Vote for 2012-2013 Elections"
> Then Click "Vote Now" on the page you were brought to which should be https://gmu.collegiatelink.net/
> Vote for GAPSA Executive Board
> Select Academic College
> Then Click Submit to Cast Your Vote
> Please Note: For the Fairfax & Prince Williams Campuses no academic delegate packets were submitted which is why you're being directed to click submit after selecting your academic college.
>
> Arlington Campus Students:
> Go To gapsa.gmu.edu and Click "Vote for 2012-2013 Elections"
> Click to "Vote Now" on the page you were brought to which should be https://gmu.collegiatelink.net/
> Vote for GAPSA Executive Board
> Select Academic College
> Then vote for 3 Academic Delegate Positions (School of Public Policy was the only academic college where individuals submitted election packets for). If you're not in the School of Public Policy you may click "Abstain."
> Transportation Policy, Operations and Logistics
> Public Policy
> International Commerce and Policy
> Then Click Submit to Cast Your Vote
> For those of you who might have logged in earlier and didn't submit your vote, I encourage you to go back in and cast your ballot. Please pass the word around that the ballot has been fixed and to encourage all your friends to vote. Also, GAPSA will be holding an election in the Fall for the remaining academic delegate positions that are open after these elections.
>
> We apologize again for any challenges this might have caused and appreciate you being patient with us. Thank you in advance for voting and selecting the new leadership and delegation of GAPSA. Elections will remain open until Wednesday, April 11th at 11:45pm. Please let us know if you have any questions.
